Paying your fee. Additional postage and custom fees

If you have a fee to pay, it's because of one of the following reasons:  Your item has come from abroad so there's a Customs charge to pay or not enough postage was paid for the item.

Don't worry - you'll still get your parcel as we're holding it for you. All you need to do is pay the fee stated on the 'fee to pay' card that we sent to you.  You can pay online, over the phone, or by sending a cheque to us.

How do I get my item?

Various options are available:

  • Online right now
  • Over the phone using our 24 hour automated payment system
  • By sending a cheque
  • When the fee is paid online we will process your item and arrange for it to be delivered shortly (please allow up to five working days for delivery).

    If your item is too big for your letterbox or requires a signature we will leave a 'While you were out...' card if there is nobody at home - you can then collect it from the Delivery Office stated on the card or arrange for it to be redelivered on a suitable date.
