We do offer telephone support, but have a limited number of operators.
We would therefore suggest in the first instance that you contact us using our email support system. This allows us to thoroughly investigate any queries or problems you might have and to assign the right person to handle your concerns.
If you email during office hours (Monday to Friday, 9.30am until 5.30pm) then you can expect a response usually within one hour. Outside this period we will be a little slower but you should still hear back from us very quickly.
